Rob started his cadet career at 312 (City of Canterbury) Squadron and became a cadet Corporal.  Rob then transitioned to become a Civilian Instructor.  Rob then moved to 2235 (Deal) Squadron before transferring to 354 (Dover) Squadron where he took up the role as Squadron Training Officer.  Rob now performs the role of Health and Safety Officer within the Squadron.
